Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). Charming "bord de Loire" loft, very bright, 50 m2, refurbished, offers you all the necessary comforts to allow you to have a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
