The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

A vehicle pass for Huntington State Park and Beach is also included in the unit. This pass is good to use during your stay. An outdoor shower has been added!
