In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2 m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. Kick back and relax in this quiet, modern accommodation just 150 meters from the bathing spot on the Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. The Black Lake is only allowed with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away. 2 SUPs for €15/day each can be booked.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 metres from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people over two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. There is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher's shop near the house, as well as a canoe rental service.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee (a few minutes' walk away), which, with its clear water, invites you to swim or go stand-up paddling. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
