Villa holiday rentals in Muravera

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Absolutely great accommodation with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Fabio is very nice and helpful. Great bars and restaurants nearby. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation, it is something very special!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Raffaella is an amazing host. Loved the welcoming cookies and coffee, loved the appartment and it is a perfect place to spend a few days with family. It is a driving distance to the shore but if you have a car that is not a big deal in autumn months as the beach parkings are empty. A little confusing to get through the locked doors when we first arrived, but Raffaella responded in a matter of seconds even though it was 10pm.

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed - and more - was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. We spent five nights in this beautiful house and I left my heart here. It was even more beautiful and clean than the photos! The owner is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We had a family holiday with a small child in May-June. I really liked the location - a quiet village with the possibility of walking to a good beach. There are many more excellent beaches for every taste within a 5-10 minute drive. The yard is small, but well-maintained and cozy, the house is perfect for a vacation, but preferably no more than 4 people.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We had wonderfull time. We were 3 families, each has 2 small kids. The garden is briliant for the kids. They have swings inside the garden and the whole garden is behind the fence, so u dont have to worry about kids. It was like a little heaven on earth.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Really nice location with spectacular view, quiet and close to several nice beaches

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Plenty of room for 6 people- 16/20 year old children, who both brought a friend, plus my husband and I. They spent loads of time in the pool, which is plenty big enough for a swim. The property has beautiful grounds, with different areas so when the kids were being nosy in the pool, there is space to move away from them. Nearest beach was a 10 min walk and the property provided a portable beach umbrella which was useful. Definitely needs a car, to get to local shops. All in all, we gave it a collective 9/10 (other reasons not related to the property brought it down!)for our holiday in Sardinia, and definitely would like to go back again.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.

We had an exceptional week at this beautiful home. The place is beautiful (accurate to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The outside is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he immediately answers any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants.
