Apartment holiday rentals in Muravera

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

Renata and Roberto's apartment is very beautiful, close to the sea and very well equipped. The place is very quiet and the garden as well as the exteriors are very nice. Renata and Roberto are very welcoming and available. We had a lovely stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

Thomas was very helpful and friendly. The area, the building and the garden was lovely. It was relaxing just to be in the garden, listen to the birds and seeing the butterflies, and watch all the beautiful flowers and trees. The dogs were really nice and funny. We really enjoyed the beach, 10 min walk away.

We had a very nice time at Enrico's place! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We had almost everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Recommendations for beaches, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. also helped us a lot. The communication with Enrico is particularly noteworthy. We received quick responses to messages and he was very helpful and always friendly with all questions. We recommend the accommodation to friends and family.

We were very happy with this place. The view is fantastic, you can quickly walk to the sea. Ideal with small children. The outdoor area is very nice, the bay is fantastic. The mosquito nets ensure a relaxed sleep :) the host was always quickly reachable

Massimo and Marta were extremely kind and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the villa and gave us really great recommendations. The villa was so nice and well decorated with a view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. It also had a grill which we used to have a barbecue night after buying fresh seafood in Cagliari. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed a great few days in Claudias place in Santa Maria Navarrese. The location is awesome and the view on the sea is just so beautiful. The place had everything we needed :)

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Straightforward communication and always very friendly. The apartment is very spacious and also offers space for four people (we were only two). Very clean and has everything you need.

The house is very tidy and clean. There were two of us and we were very comfortable. Large outdoor space where you can have pleasant outdoor dinners, there is also a barbecue. The area is very quiet, surrounded by nature but not too far from the beautiful beaches in the area. With a car we were able to visit many places, from Costa Rei to Villasimius. As for hosts, they're two great people. Antonio and Patrizia were always kind and available for any requests. They kept us company for some dinner and they are very nice. We had a great vacation!!

We absolutely loved the apartment, Cagliari and Sardinia. Mauro's apartment was fantastic. Fresh, modern, wonderful roof terrace. The location is very good with proximity to restaurants and attractions. Food and buses to Poetto (the beach) are down the hill. A little more difficult at home, and the five stairs were a challenge some evenings :) We will definitely return to Cagliari and hope to stay in this apartment again.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Our stay was really wonderful. Check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on activities in the area. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)
