Stay at the park in Bad Nauheim

Please note: tourist tax: 3,30/2.20€ per day, not applicable for business stays. Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. Super nice spacious apartment with fast Internet. 5-minute walk to the old town market square with half-timbered houses, only 3-minute drive by car to the highway, in all directions. Within walking distance 10 minutes to Butzbach train station with direct connection to Frankfurt/Gießen/Kassel. Fresh eggs from happy chickens are right around the corner. From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom.
