Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Muntić

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We were received by Sanja's mother-in-law, who lives on the 1st floor. She speaks a little English. The apartment was very clean and offers plenty of space with the two bedrooms (one with bathroom, toilet, sink and shower) and the separate shower/toilet. Marin, Sanja's husband, also came by personally and gave us some tips for sights and restaurants and marked them separately on the folding map he brought with him. Marin was easily accessible and answered all questions very quickly and kindly. He speaks and writes in very good English. We also liked using the sun-protected area with the seating area in the garden and the grill. The fish market is definitely worth a visit to stock up on fresh and inexpensive fish for the grill. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation. We had a good time. Many thanks to Marin and family!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

A very beautiful house ideal for 2 or 2+2 kids. It is in the middle of a large yard of olive trees, generating a calm mediterranean athmosphere. The evening sun shines golden into the trees of the forest that starts right behind the beautiful pool area, which was substantially larger than I expected. We spend a full very relaxing week there and even used the free mountain bikes to go to a closeby beach. The sauna area finishes it all off in perfection, just as did the greeting gifts of Prosecco and Dino‘s families own excellent olive oil. Such a nice stay, thank you!

The house is beautifully located in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

Ana and her dad, who welcomed us, were amazing. They helped out in every situation and made this apartment really a home. We really liked it in Pula and enjoyed our time.

Gordana was a very nice and great host :) Can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost right on the marina, 15-20 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, by car or a bike you can get there in a few minutes. My dog also felt comfortable ;) Thank you for the beautiful days - and also the homemade jam was delicious. Gladly again and fully recommended! :)

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

We loved our stay at Ivo’s place. Nice big and clean appartement with a big balcony! Walking distance from beach and Pula centre. We recommend it very much!

It has been a joy staying at Sandra’s place. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and offers many amenities that make you feel right at home. It’s within walking distance of Max Shopping Mall (which has free underground parking) and the Lungomare promenade, where you can enjoy various types of beaches — some with sea urchins, some without 😃. Be sure to bring swim shoes, as they’ll come in handy for the rocky shores. The apartment is ideal if you’re bringing your own car or planning to rent one. There are free parking spots around the building, but make sure not to park on the lawn — fines are steep. The city center isn’t right nearby, so if you enjoy walking, you’ll appreciate the distance. Otherwise, you can easily take a bus or rent a bike, scooter, or e-step. A huge shout-out to Sandra for her kindness, proactive communication, and warm hospitality — a top-notch host!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

The stay was lovely. We had a great time staying in the apartment. It was big enough for 6 people and we had everything we needed. Anton was always reachable and very helpful.

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We visited with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, lawn, trees and the barbecue. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can simply drive to the neighbouring town. We will be happy to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Robert was very flexible with the arrive and departure time for us, we really appriciate that! If we needed him, he responded quick and gave us enough options for activities and restaurants.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Nardi was by far the best host we've experienced in all our Airbnb experiences. He was incredibly friendly, reliable and immediately took care of all concerns. Once, when we asked him to remove a wasp nest, he not only came promptly, but also brought us something to eat – as he did on his second visit. A gesture that touched us deeply. We were particularly impressed by his willingness to help when a family with a child had to be admitted to hospital at short notice – even here, Nardi offered his support. Just a great host! The accommodation itself is also absolutely recommended: very clean, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful view. Everything you need is available - and there are no unnecessary things around, which is especially ideal for families with small children. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away
