Hilly lot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility. Bedroom 5 is its own guest house.

Despite its quiet and peaceful location, it is no more than about 10 minutes away from the grocery store and 25 minutes away from the shopping center. Mushroom and berry picking are around the corner! Plastic boats and oars are available to borrow.

Stugan ligger i närheten av Kynnefjäll där man kan vandra på Bohusleden och en kortare biltur till havsbad, restauranger och uteliv i bland annat Fjällbacka, Hunnebostrand och Smögen. Badrummet är i äldre skick men funktionsdugligt.

Cosy two-story house whith generous spaces, both inside and outside. On the first level there is a kitchen, dining room, two rooms and a large bathrooom with shower and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a livingroom. Family rooms both upstairs and downstairs. In the garden we have a big lawn, and generous terraces on both sides of the house, charcoal grill included. Parking lot for several cars . 1.5 km to the nearest bathing in the ocean, Gullmarsfjorden at Vann spa.
