Located in the granite kingdom with many fine rocks, popular with rock climbers. In the immediate area there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600m from the house

Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with its own floating jetty provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly plot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 5 is a separate guest house.

Huset har ett perfekt läge,närhet till många klätterleder och andra utomhusaktiviteter. Ingen renovering utförs de datum gäster bokar

Till den populära badplatsen Saltkällan är det endast 5 km, till kustens alla pärlor såsom Lysekil, Smögen , Hunnebo , Fjällbacka ,Grebbestad är det 4 mil , perfekt som utgångspunkt för många fina utflyktsmål. Vill du shoppa loss finns allt du vill ha på Torp köpcentrum som du når på 10 min med bil.
