The penthouse, which is also equipped with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome, is located in an ancient building of the 1600s, without an elevator. It is therefore not recommended for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility because there are many steps to reach the fourth floor.

It is ideal for two people because it has only one bedroom and one bathroom but, exceptionally, I rent it for up to 4 with families with two children in mind. In the living room there are two armchairs that convert into beds. In July and August enjoy air conditioning!
