The historical city center and the Vatican are on the A metro route and 200 meters from the house to the metro (including the Termini terminal), and the historical center can be easily reached on foot. All kinds of necessities are available at home. There is a large market right next to the house.

Unique and beautifully decorated space. There were too many special little touches to list. From the high ceilings with murals to the modern well equipped kitchen, attention to details was obvious. Paolo was friendly and very helpful with local information. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Rome.

Very good and friendly communication in advance with extremely fast response. Questions during the stay were answered quickly. The apartment is ideally located. Parking spaces are available - you may have to drive around the Karree several times to find a parking space. We were lucky enough to find a free parking space for 10 days almost right in front of the apartment after 5 times. The metro and bus are about 200m away. There are only four metro stops to Collosseum. The bus line goes to the Castel Sant 'Angelo and the Vatican. The basilica "Saint Paul in front of the walls" is only about 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment was pleasantly cool at the end of May even without air conditioning. However, air conditioners are also available. The apartment has plenty of space and a very nice and modern bathroom. An elevator makes it easier to reach the apartment on the seventh floor. We can fully recommend the apartment and thank you for the great hospitality.

Anna Lucia’s place was honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in — spotless and super well-maintained. She was quick to respond and had clearly thought through every detail we might need. The apartment is perfect for families with kids, located in a quiet area with a supermarket just steps away. Everything about the stay was smooth and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Lucia's apartment was beautifully and tastefully done. The place and the linen were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything one needed could be found. It was also very close to the train station, very convenient to go to the tourist spots. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a short or extended stay — including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a functional kitchenette. Cristian was a fantastic host: communicative, kind, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Check-in was smooth, and he offered helpful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Mihaela was waiting for us at the apartment and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was probably the cleanest I've ever been to, it was beautiful and we felt that everything had been thought thoroughly. As a host Mihaela was very friendly and provided us great tips to explore Rome. I definitely recommend this apartment and would love to visit Rome and this apartment again. In addition it was a super nice bonus to have Guest Netflix account😊 5/5☺️

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It's spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and much more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist points. The hosts were very kind, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the fridge. Hopefully we can be back soon.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
