This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure. The 20m2 apartment can accomodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator 8 steps). The living room has been decorated with great care in a predominantly white colour that, together with the beautiful high ceilings and parquet flooring, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room features a sofa-bed, an LCD satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals. A practical staircase located behind the wardrobe provides access to the loft space (ceiling 1.70mts high) where you will find a double futon. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias.

The room overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, about 15 m2 with sofa bed (very comfortable 140 cm quality mattress), private bathroom, AC, TV, fridge. Access to the host's balcony upon request. Monuments accessible 15 min walk, shops, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100 m.

Veio garden Bed & Breakfast, Bright room

In San Giovanni, in the center of Rome, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in a stately villa surrounded by a large garden featuring a goldfish pond, benches, and the song of blackbirds. The apartment (on the first floor of the villa), recently renovated with quality materials (marble floors, handcrafted solid wood doors), has two bedrooms, 20 and 22 square meters, one with a balcony. Each bedroom can be requested with two single beds or a double bed.

The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building from the early 1900s and has been completely renovated in order to offer maximum comfort to guests for a pleasant stay. The air-conditioned room is very spacious, furnished with fine furniture and a comfortable double bed. The SMART TV is also equipped with a satellite antenna. The PRIVATE bathroom is very spacious outside the room.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
