nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, szép tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. A szállásadó pedig nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A környék is biztonságos, busszal könnyen megközelíthető az összes látványosság Rómába, de ennek ellenére mégis nyugodt környék. :) csak ajánlani tudom.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Rom. Marco hat bereits in der Wegbeschreibung hilfreiche Tipps für die Anreise hinterlassen und auch auf Anfrage problemlos den Check-In nach vorne verschoben, auch wenn die Anfrage von uns etwas kurzfristig kam. Bei kleinen Problemen beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür, kamen Antworten innerhalb von Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war grundsätzlich äußerst freundlich und offen. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und den Bildern entsprechend. Sie ist zudem in einer ruhigeren Gegend gelegen von der aus man mit Taxi zügig den Flughafen erreichen kann, aber es gleichzeitig nicht weit zum Stadtzentrum ist. Marco war nicht nur für Angelegenheiten bezüglich des Airbnbs Ansprechpartner, sondern auch für (wirklich gute) Empfehlungen in der Stadt. Zudem gab er uns auch das Gefühl, dass wir jederzeit schreiben können, falls wir etwas brauchen. Alles in Einem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'appartement de Matteo lors de notre arrivée a Rome après un long vol transatlantique. Tout était parfait à notre arrivée et nous pu prendre du repos pour nous remettre tranquillement du décalage horaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les recommandations de restaurants et de choses à faire à Rome expliqués par Matteo. Le secteur était tranquille et nous étions à seulement 10min de marche d'un métro. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Good host, great communication, perfect location for exploring Rome.

Sarah war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns schon freudig am Fenster erwartet, wodurch wir uns sofort sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich – ein echter Pluspunkt! Die Lage ist gut angebunden; mit der Tram erreicht man von Rom Termini in etwa 15 Minuten die Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Zugänglichkeit zur Unterkunft in der Nacht. Ab ungefähr 22:30 Uhr fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht mehr, weswegen es manchmal etwas schwierig mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nachts zu der Unterkunft zu kommen, zudem waren die Busse, die abends vereinzelt gefahren sind, oft sehr voll. Nichts für Nachtaktive. Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen würden wir Sarahs Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man Wert auf eine herzliche Gastgeberin und eine saubere Unterkunft legt.

Anna Lucia’s place was honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in — spotless and super well-maintained. She was quick to respond and had clearly thought through every detail we might need. The apartment is perfect for families with kids, located in a quiet area with a supermarket just steps away. Everything about the stay was smooth and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The space felt welcoming and peaceful, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in right away. Everything was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a short or extended stay — including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a functional kitchenette. Cristian was a fantastic host: communicative, kind, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Check-in was smooth, and he offered helpful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Très bon séjour chez Rita et Fabio. Tout correspondait aux photos. Fabio très réactif. Très bon emplacement : bien moins de sur fréquentation que dans le centre touristique, métro, 1 tram et de nombreux bus à 250 m. Nombreux commerces de quartiers qui accueillent beaucoup de romains Bref, un très bon séjour.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Nice appartment in a nice area, with a lot of small restaurant, and away from the massive crowd of Rome

Great apartment, literally a few steps from the colosseum. Clean and neat . Seb is an awesome host , very helpful and responsive. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the apartment!!

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Metro, Supermärkte, Restaurants alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Marianna ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben👍🏼

We stayed for two nights in this apartment as a group of four, and overall had a great experience. The apartment had a lovely terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning that worked well during the hot weather — which we really appreciated. The location was convenient: within walking distance to the city center, though we recommend getting a daily bus pass to make getting around even easier. There’s also a large shop just around the corner, which was very useful. The kitchen had basics like salt, pepper, oil, and even laundry detergent was available, which was a nice touch. Just a small tip — bring your own shampoo, as it wasn’t provided. The neighborhood and nearby streets were quiet and pleasant. We’d definitely recommend this place for a stay in Rome — and a big thank you to Claudia for her kind support throughout our stay!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo e corrisponde alle foto caricate nell’annuncio. È in una posizione perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Noi ci siamo sempre mosse a piedi per visitare la città. Pietro Maria è molto disponibile e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche indicazione ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La vera chicca è il giardinetto dell’appartamento 😉 Super consigliato!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
