We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The lovingly furnished attic apartment, with the 9 m long "sunset balcony," is located at the end of the Hallertau and the beginning of the Altmühl Valley. Vohburg is a charming, historic ducal town right on the Danube and offers the ideal starting point for a wide variety of day trips by bike, motorcycle or car. This light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can also be used in the basement.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
