Relax in our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment on the outskirts of the municipality of Trogen and yet, only about 4 km from the city of Hof. Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Hof Zoo, Hof old town, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various restaurants and much more.

This lovingly furnished studio is more than just a place to stay. It is a true home away from home. Abundant natural light and a quiet setting create a warm atmosphere where guests can arrive, unwind, and relax. The apartment is peacefully located in a well maintained residential building and is offered during my world journey to guests who value mindfulness, respect, and unique places. Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment is fantastically idyllically located, in a closed, green three-sided courtyard on the edge of a small village near Selb The apartment is spacious, fully furnished on three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Particularly noteworthy is the close proximity to the Grand Casino Asch, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
