It was my first time staying at Surabaya, and ko Setiawan provides a super clear instructions before arrival. It was so helpful. The check in went smoothly, the room is exactly as what's described! They even provide mineral water For any Surabaya first timer, I'd say the location isn't so close to the center of Surabaya (especially if you'll go with online drivers–it took me around 40-50k for one trip gojek to Tunjungan Plaza). But, other than that, there's almost nothing to consider when booking this place. Ko Setiawan also is very responsive with my questions, thank you so much ko. I had a very pleasant stay!

Recommended place. clean, easy to find, to Pakuwon mall about 200 meters. clean environment, lots of food vendors that are wallet friendly. Vincentius is very responsive. Andi's grandparents who helped with the arrival were also very kind. Thank you
