Lo stazzu di Emile è bellissimo !!!! Andateci se volete respirarare la Sardegna !!! Arredato con cura e pieno di dettagli. È Accogliente e ti avvolge col suo calore. Gli spazi esterni sono un'oasi di tranquillità e gioia per gli occhi. Situato nell'entroterra della costa Smeralda a pochi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge. Inoltre In circa 45 minuti si raggiungono facilmente altre bellissime spiagge della Sardegna. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e partire per tornare a casa è stato veramente difficile. È una vacanza che porteremo sempre nei nostri sogni.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze villa. Alles was heel goed voor elkaar. De villa heeft een prachtig oude stijl, en is van alles goed voorzien. Fijne slaapkamers en een prima keuken. Buiten is het ook fantastisch. Wat een uitzicht, echt fenomenaal. En dan met een eigen privézwembad en een barbecue. Ook al was het water koud, we hebben er zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Daarnaast heeft Sardinië ons ook enorm verrast. We hadden nooit gedacht dat dit zo'n mooie en fijne vakantie zou worden. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is truly a little piece of paradise: peaceful, relaxing, and just a 1-minute walk from a beautiful beach. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I would absolutely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Was für eine wunderschöne und sehr gut gepflegte Anlage mit Olivenhainen und Weinreben, inmitten einer traumhaften Steinhügellandschaft! Uns hat die zentrale Lage (Costa Smeralda Strände, San Pantaleo, ..) gut gefallen, ca 5 min bis zum nächsten Strand. Die schattige Terrasse vor dem Apartment war bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Apartments und der Pool waren schön und sauber, auch unser Hund war willkommen. Es gab als Willkommensgeschenk sogar selbstangebauten Wein :)

We had the most wonderful stay! The house is beautifully and modernly furnished, very clean, and located in a lovely area. We especially enjoyed the terrace with its stunning sea view – perfect for relaxing. Communication with Lucia was easy and smooth throughout our stay. The house is also conveniently located not far from San Pantaleo, where you’ll find several nice restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Wundervolles Haus mit schöner Architektur und einem Sinn fürs Detail mit liebevoll gepflegten und wunderschönen Garten. Francesca ist eine äusserst liebe, rücksichtsvolle und grosszügige Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten Freude an den freundliche Haustiere und den leckeren Erdbeeren aus dem Garten.

Semplicemente wow. Casa bellissima in una posizione molto tranquilla che dà la massima idea di relax e vacanza. Host veramente super gentile, alla mano e pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è tutto ció che si desidera da una casa vacanze. È confortevole, con il massimo dei servizi e super fresca, anche nelle camere al piano di sotto, si riesce a dormire benissimo e non si ha mai la sensazione di caldo scomodo nonostante l’assenza di finestre. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere tante delle principali spiagge e luoghi della zona, a distanza di circa 20/30 minuti. Gli animali presenti nel giardino condiviso con i proprietari sono bravissimi, riescono ad essere di compagnia per chi vuole, e al tempo stesso a non essere invadenti per chi non è abituato agli animali. Grazie ancora agli host, se la vacanza è stata perfetta, il merito è anche di loro e dell’abitazione messa a disposizione! Torneremo sicuramente non appena ci sarà l’occasione!
