Monthly Rentals in Mulberry

The place was easy to find and driveway was big enough 2 large trucks. It was very clean and we appreciated the baby things provided for our 10 month old. Perfect location for the local kid friendly things to do like kings island, zoo, aquarium etc The shower stalls are very small that if you are claustrophobic or a bigger person it might be an issue. The home is all technically one level but the floor connections are all uneven from additions being added through the years.

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

We loved our stay at John's place! It is surrounded by woods and it just felt so peaceful- just the kind of relaxation I needed in the mornings with my coffee. John was extremely responsive and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Loveland but with some privacy.

Such a darling home in a great little neighborhood. We were here for a family reunion and spent our days at my sister's house in Madeira. This sweet home was just 12 minutes down the road. We spent our nights at the house and mornings having coffee on the porch. Thanks again, we will be back!
