The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Situated in the unique position of having it’s feet in Gunnerside Ghyll, totally detached and in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Debra Cottage abounds with character. Every room is a delight of bespoke joinery and high quality fittings. Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . The hut has king size bed, table and chairs, kitchen area, log burner and outside patio table and chairs, firepit, garden. Heated Shower room with wc and basin for your exclusive use 100m along the garden path.

Thorneymire Cabin

A luxury wood cabin situated in 3 acres of private ancient woodland. The cabin has been hand crafted using reclaimed materials from an old mill in Chester and is fully insulated. Experience the peace and tranquillity, watch the stars through the star gazing window; enjoy the views across Widdale Beck to the fells beyond and delight in watching red squirrels in nearby trees. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.
