The communal living area features a modern high-end kitchen and a four-meter solid wood dining table, where you can gather, eat, drink, chat, and enjoy your time together. HIGHLIGHT: Hochkönig Card (includes free mountain lifts and hiking buses during the summer season).

The house was completely renovated in 2025 and is located in a quiet area. The bus stop for the free bus and delicious (breakfast) restaurant is only 100 m away. The 10 km Hochkeil ski resort is 500 m away; the 120 km Hochkönig ski resort is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.
