We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Sonja's apartment, 4 people, Reichenhain

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Modern apartment in an apartment building offers everything for a comfortable stay in the city center. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two smart TVs with Netflix, a spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A spacious balcony invites you to relax. Parking is available on the premises of the residential complex – ideal for longer stays in the city. Please note: The house is not equipped with an elevator.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ( 57 m² ) im Chemnitzer Schlossviertel. Nah am Stadtzentrum, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schlossteich und dem ältesten Teil unserer Stadt befindet sich unsere individuelle und moderne Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich unser Fotostudio, so dass wir, wenn es gewünscht wird, fast immer in der Nähe sind.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

Large apartment not far from Chemnitz

The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
