Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Wonderful starting point for bike tours, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk on the Elbe meadows, a junk through the city and much more.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

It´s a cosy little room about 16 sqaure meters. It has a separate entrance and it´s perfect for 2 people. The house with the apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood. In the apartment there is a TV, a radio, a bathroom with WC as well as a shower and a mini kitchen. WIFI is available. There you can find a refridgerator, a sink, a coffee machine and a cooker. Everything to make a nice meal after a long day of hiking in Saxony Switzerland!

The property is located in a Gründerzeit villa. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to "Saxon Switzerland". The Baroque castle Pillnitz is about 3 km away. The rehab Klinik Kreischa and the horse racecourse are located in the catchment area. SBahn 10 min to the center. Good starting point for a drive to Prague. A blueberry plantation is in the immediate vicinity. The gasometer with its numerous exhibitions is 3 km away.

The accommodation is next to a riding stable, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. The apartment impresses with its quiet location with easy access to Dresden or Pirna. Saxon Switzerland is only 30 minutes away. It is also conveniently located for winter sports enthusiasts, because it is only 25 minutes by car to the ski region of the Osterzgebirge. Whether for a getaway or a longer stay, the accommodation can accommodate up to three people. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook comfortably.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The vacation rental is located on the historic Kunsthof "Weidenhof" and is completely modernized. It is suitable for both holiday guests and professionals who are guests here in the region. The one guest room can accommodate up to 2 people. In this there is also a small cooking niche for self-catering. There is free parking on the property.
