非常好的房子，去哪里都很方便。附近很多spa店。管家回复很及时，热情主动。生活用品应有尽有，阿姨打扫也很及时。

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Really enjoyed the entire experience and really appreciate the help from the host. Anyone seeking accommodation in Chiang Mai should consider this place, it is absolutely awesome!

숙소는 설명과 같이 일치했으며 부대시설을 이용하기가 좋았어요.콘도에서 센트럴페스티벌까지 도보로 이용할 수 있어 생활에 전혀 불편함이 없고 숙소내에 커뮤니티시설도 잘 갖춰져있어 숙소내에서 시간을 보내기도 좋아요. 걷는 것이 괜찮다면 콘도를 나서서 1킬로미터정도에 로컬시장이 있어 매번 센트럴이 지겨울때 가볼만 합니다.숙소내에 불편함없도록 필요한 집기들이 구비되어 있고 잘 관리된 느낌으로 장기투숙에도 좋을 것 같습니다.호스트는 항상 빠른응대로 친절히 대해 주어 고마웠어요.치앙마이에 오실 분들에게 추천해요.

我在Peter和Nuan的家里度过了非常愉快的住宿体验！这间公寓布置得非常漂亮，每一个角落都很有设计感，视觉上非常舒适。位置就在宁曼路附近，步行就能到，但环境却安静无扰，没有任何噪音打扰。 窗外风景非常迷人，可以看到漂亮的房子和素贴山的美景。整栋楼都禁烟，干净整洁，住得很安心。Peter和Nuan都非常友善，回复也非常及时，我非常感谢他们的接待。希望将来还能再回来！

It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Thank you so much for the lovely place, would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Very thoughtful, high quality toothbrush/toothpaste given by host. Fast response by Hong too :)

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

quiet area right outside the old town. you can catch the prettiest sunrise and sunset in Chiang Mai on the roof if you are lucky !!

距離尼曼一號很近，走路10分鐘內可以抵達餐廳咖啡廳，裝潢很新，浴室乾淨水壓足夠，冷氣、空氣清淨機讓室內環境很舒適，廚房廚具很完整，每兩天就會有清潔人員來打掃、更換毛巾。小缺點是浴室熱水器操作要熟悉一下，晚上10:00後只能由地下室進出路線昏暗，入住期間頂樓泳池不知道為什麼沒有開放。
