Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

We had a really great time in a group ! Really good amenities and the pool was really great! The amenities in the kitchen were outstanding. From pool evening to movie night, everything goes! I can only recommend everyone to have a great time here!

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

Always a pleasure to see you again, you are still available, I will surely come back to this house which is a very quiet place just 15 minutes from the city center 👍

Overall, the rest went well. There were minor issues, but they are almost everywhere. 1. The kitchen is comfortable, but there are not enough modern dishes and plumbing and hot water (only for the kitchen) - greasy food is poorly washed away with barely warm water. 2. There is hot water, the water pressure is weak, the plumbing is outdated. 3. The internet is fast enough, ~300 mbps 4. The TV is great. 5. The air conditioners cool very well. 6. The washing machine works well. 7. There are not enough places to hang bed linen. 8. 7/11 far away, 20-30 minutes on foot, along the way of the dog, can be frightening. 9. At the end of the holiday, construction began nearby - very noisy in the mornings ( this is temporary, of course) 10. Next door is a household with roosters - they can get very nervous when you want to have a good night's sleep.

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

At Prin's temple of tranquility you can share your morning coffee with the birds and the butterflys. Prin's is a small oasis of serenity in the middle of bustling Chiang Mai. Prin is a top professional property manager He lives onsite so he is always available for any problems or questions. Restaurants and 7-11 all nearby. I can't wait to come back!!!

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

This place was what we expected, it was comfortable, easy to access and very pleasant.

Nice house in Chiang Mai city.

The guest house was very comfortable, clean and well set up. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I slept very well in the comfortable bed in the air conditioned bedroom, waking to birdsong from the garden and nearby trees. The house is in a peaceful, rural setting but quick and easy to reach by taxi, motorbike or car from Chiang Mai. There is a nice walk to the nearby village, passing a riding stables and farmland. I much enjoyed my short stay here.
