Very good house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Really enjoyed the entire experience and really appreciate the help from the host. Anyone seeking accommodation in Chiang Mai should consider this place, it is absolutely awesome!

Very happy to stay at Astra Skyriver Apartment, very convenient to stay, safe to travel, surrounded by 7/11 convenience store and KFC, apartment management is perfect and very safe, rooftop sky pool is also very satisfactory, will choose to stay again next time

The accommodation was as described and it was good to use the facilities.You can walk from the condo to the Central Festival, so there is no inconvenience in living, and the community facilities are well equipped in the accommodation, so it is good to spend time in the accommodation. If you don't mind walking, there is a local market about 1 kilometer away from the condo, so it's worth a visit every time you get tired of Central.The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable, and it feels well-maintained, so it would be good for long stays.I was grateful that the host always responded quickly and was kind.I recommend it to those coming to Chiang Mai.

It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Thank you so much for the lovely place, would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Very thoughtful, high quality toothbrush/toothpaste given by host. Fast response by Hong too :)

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

Great place for working

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

quiet area right outside the old town. you can catch the prettiest sunrise and sunset in Chiang Mai on the roof if you are lucky !!

Very close to Nimman No. 1, within 10 minutes walk to the restaurant and cafe, newly decorated, clean bathroom with sufficient water pressure, air conditioning, air purifier makes the indoor environment very comfortable, kitchen utensils are complete, cleaning staff will come to clean and change towels every two days.The small drawback is that the bathroom water heater operation needs to be familiarized with, and the entrance and exit route from the basement is dim after 10:00 pm. During the stay, the rooftop pool was not open for some reason.
