This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Our house is comfortable and homely with many different spaces to escape to, so if you are a big group you can always find a quiet spot to relax. 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms + 1 family bathroom. We have 2 balconies with a view of Split along with 2 other outside areas for dining or relaxing and of course there is the pool area with hammocks and sunbeds. (As 1 guest said "Its like having your own private village") The large kitchen and outside BBQ with dining both seat 12 guests.

Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
