2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

Our newly built in 2018 furnished apartment of approx. 28 m² has a living/bedroom with a small kitchen and dining area as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm. Surrounded by various restaurants and the most famous sights of Salzburg, it offers an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Cozy&Classic in Salzburg

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Salzburg, a 2-minute walk from the main train station and a 15-minute walk from Salzburg's old town. The apartment has a living room with dining area, balcony, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) and a bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and towels.

The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.

Center Altstadt: romantic flat

As this house is in the pedestrian area all is very quiet and conveniant. You can almost shop everything within 200 m and have a fantastic breakfast at the famous Cafes Tomaselli (Alter Markt) or Cafe Fürst (Brodgasse 13 - best Mozartkugeln in the world) nearby.
