Holiday rentals with a patio in Mouvaux

Le logement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant, réactif et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

This place is well worth the stay . It has all you need in the property and only a 5 min walk into the centre. Its a quiet location with everything youll nned on hand. Plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from with a good mall only 15 min walk away . The check-in was very easy with very nice people who made us very welcome .

This is our second time at Nicolas's place, and we felt right at home. Nicolas is a communicative and responsive host, and this is really an amazing place for kids - my kids were so happy to have so many toys available! There is also a park about 5 blocks away, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and if you walk to the tram stop there is a sushi restaurant my kids love, a pizza-making ATM (really! with a line of families whose kids must be as amazed by it as mine), and a great boulangerie.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est neuf, spacieux et très lumineux, avec une mention spéciale pour le coin terrasse qui est super agréable pour se détendre. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et sympathique, ce qui a vraiment ajouté une touche chaleureuse à notre expérience. En plus du café, quelques provisions étaient à disposition, un vrai plus à notre arrivée. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

L’appartement est très bien situé et facile d’accès. De plus il dispose d’un parking ce qui est fort agréable. David est très disponible et arrangeant.

Bel appartement dans une rue pavée et relativement tranquille vu sa situation à 5’ de la gare. Accès facile. Logement bien équipé et avec déco sobre mais de bon goût. Caroline a été réactive et très claire dans ses consignes et conseils. Je recommande.

Malgré un couac de communication, les hôtes sont réactifs présents sur demandes et proactifs dans leur prestation. Je conseil ce lieu très agréable, propre et décoré avec goût.

Mooie locatie, erg achteraf. We hebben genoten van het verblijf in deze mooie ruimte. De keuken was goed uitgerust, de badkamer is erg groot. Aanrader!

Onze hosts waren supervriendelijk. Het is een heerlijk ruim, goed ingericht huis met een fijn terras. Naar de vierde slaapkamer hebben we wel even moeten zoeken maar die was er echt 😊 Een auto heb je wel nodig om in het centrum te komen maar parkeren bij de citadel is geen enkel probleem. Lille is echt een stad waar je steeds weer even naar terug gaat en dan gaan we zeker eerst kijken of Sacha’s huis vrij is.

We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find a new spot to stay quickly. So glad we found this gem! The host was so gracious and generous. We showed up to fresh tulips, mint water, and a bottle of Prosecco. They even offered to help us make a restaurant reservation. The house was just darling- all the comforts of home, cozy patio for night time wine, walking distance to shops and food, AND TinTin books! Charming. We only had one night there but we would have stayed longer. Thanks again for the perfect stay!

Without a doubt one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Baptiste is lovely and very friendly, the place is very comfortable and the hot tub and breakfast are sensational. We also enjoyed some of the lovely wine and beer he had available at a very reasonable price. Baptiste truly does want you to have a great stay, and the care and attention he shows matches that he took in renovating the house. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, proche de Lille. Pas de métro à proximité mais un bus relie le quartier directement à la gare Lille Flandre. Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Le logement d’Ahmed était top , super propre , odeur très agréable à l’arrivée . Metro accessible à pied à 5 min pour aller dans le centre de Lille. L’hôte était très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Je recommande.
