We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

A lovely English-style tavern with live music sits at the end of our quiet street. Killlik Rum distillery is also at the end of the street for food and cocktails. Parking out front on road (cul de sac) Bus stop on corner to access hills towns Belgrave station 10 minutes walk Steps up to the house. Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

Delightful self contained cottage

The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.
