Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mount Waverley

We felt right at home in Amy's house from the moment we walked in ! The house is VERY spacious with lots of room to spread out. The heating was great ! (And we sure needed it these last few days.) Great location... just a 5 minute drive from take-away food outlets, and a big outdoor store. We had a lovely stay at Amy's house... Thanks.. Jude

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

Absolutely loved our stay at Olinda Woods Retreat! Emma was incredible throughout every stage with excellent communication and going above and beyond. She included lovely breakfast provisions (also catering to dietary requirements). Emma's dad popped by to welcome us and did an incredible job making the gardens look immaculate! We had some photos taken for an elopement style wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and gardens! Can't wait to return, hopefully for our 1 year anniversary next May!

This property is everything it says in the listing and more! Extremely peaceful with all of the amenities. After attending a wedding close by it was a cosy retreat that provided warmth on a cool June night. Getting ready was easy with the vast amount of mirrors in the property and space for everyone! Highly recommend staying at this property!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. Absolutely loved our 5-day stay at this stunning holiday house! The peacefulness of the surroundings was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. The breathtaking views from the house were truly spectacular, and we felt so lucky to have experienced them every day. The house itself was beautifully appointed and perfectly suited our needs. A huge thank you to our amazing host, Deepika, who was always super helpful and responsive to our questions. Her communication was prompt and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We'd highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

This place is an absolute gem. Right in the beautiful forest, filled with wildlife, privacy & an overall great experience. From the moment you arrive you feel calm & at home. The accommodation was great & homely with the gas fire heater which was a nice touch during the cold periods there. Sassafras had great restaurants etc, plus the local people are so kind & inviting to tourists, I've never been to a town where everyone is so pleasant & happy! Not to mention the hosts of this airbnb are incredibly kind, generous with their welcome packs & communication was perfect! It was also a pleasant treat to be greeted by kookaburras, Rosella's & parrots each morning on the balcony! I highly recommend this airbnb & location!

What a little gem of a place! Absolutely loved the Provincial cottage at Belle Le Vie. It looks exactly as the photos and description. It was super clean, cosy and comfy. With a forest view, very private from nearby cottages, you could hear the birds and rustling of the trees. The place has netflix to enjoy at your leisure and the spa was great for two people. Breakfast was also a nice touch, with home made loaf of bread, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, milk, tea & Map pod coffee machine. We will definitely reccommend and return to this goegeous cottage. This was one of the best experiences that my partner and I ever had. My partner and I appreciate the attention to details that you don't often see these days. From the friendly check ins, the cute food hamper, cake deliveries and food to feed the birds that visit you throughout the day. The views are stunning, spa bath is on point and even though you feel that you are deep in the forest, you are only a 5min walk away from local shops and cafes. Perfect if you feel like nesting amongst nature with a fireplace. If you're um-ing and ah-ing to book - just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking this beautiful accommodation again!!!

Absolutely charming little cottage abode full of character! we absolutely adored our stay here, and the bathtub was just heavenly! so much care and attention to detail, from hand written notes to a generously equipped kitchen with treats to boot! treat yourself to this magical stay ✨
