Holiday houses in Mount Major

Gisele and her property manager were promptly responsive. The cottage was extremely clean, newly decorated and well appointed. The layout was very comfortable for our family of four. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. The only negatives were: If not taking the trolley or golf cart, the closest pool was a half mile walk with no parking available. The further pool did have parking. Also, no outside water source/hose to rinse off. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Wells beaches were beautiful with easy, affordable parking. Overall a wonderful stay in Wells!

Very nice place to stay right by South Peak. Whole place very clean and great amenities. Rick was extremely kind and helpful, above and beyond as a host!

First time staying at Scott’s NH North Conway home, and it went very well. He and his team were very responsive to any questions I had and the area was a short drive away. The location of the house was a little confusing to find at first but once we realized it was tucked away, the check in process was easy. The house was great for what we needed for the stay. Thanks!

Loved our stay here in Wolfeboro. Such a beautiful home and property. The added touch of games, toys, and books made it so comfortable and relaxing that we hardly needed to leave the house. Would love to come back again someday!

Rick was an exceptional host. This is I believe our third or second time staying at one his places and we of course loved it! Rick was very good about messaging us to make sure we were all checked in and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay with Rick again and recommend him to our loved ones and friends! Great location close to Ragged Mountain for winter sports. Comfortable home, lots of beds for kids (wish the homes we had stayed in when our kids were little were as well stocked with toys and a fun toddler bed!) Also loved that the pantry was stocked-we unexpectedly got to have fresh baked muffins with breakfast.

We had a great long weekend at Northern Lights! The space is very clean and comfortable, making the most of every square foot. When we had a hot water issue, Sal was on the scene within minutes to fix the problem. Would definitely stay again!

We were a couple plus two singles in town to run the Maine Coast half marathon in Wells, and wanted somewhere to stay together that was also walkable to things. This house was perfect for this purpose! Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen + living room for hanging out, easy to get to things in Ogunquit (walking) and Wells (driving). Thank you!

We were a group of 10+ women ranging in ages from 16 to 60 something. Moms, sisters, cousins, aunties and long time friends gathering for our annual “girls weekend”. A tradition spanning over 30 plus years, our group’s dynamics may have changed a bit - but not our excitement of coming together once a year. For the size of our group we require some standard needs: enough beds to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us, a decent size cooking area, plenty of room for us to be social and room for all our vehicles. The Honey Bear House checked all those boxes. Kerri was very attentive to us, checking in on us at the start of the weekend and quickly responding to our texts. The house was as she describes it, plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls & appliances, toaster & toaster oven, drip coffee & Keurig, lots of mugs! We supplemented with paper products & personal towels. Perfect spot for an extended family gathering!
