Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

Walk just one block to the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, the "Oldest Summer Resort in America". Dine, shop, visit art galleries, or just relax in the park overlooking the docks on Wolfeboro Bay. Take the Mt Washington Ferry for a Lake Winnipesaukee ride or Molly the Trolley hop on/off tour. The rail trail is close by and a playground is just steps away for the little ones. Also, Wolfeboro’s best Mexican restaurant, coffee shops, Hunter’s grocery and Walgreens are all just a short walk away!

Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Turn left at the end of driveway and enjoy a scenic walk along Winni. Quiet location but close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt Major, Wolfeboro, Bank of Pavillion, boat launches, & docks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, sking, snowmobiling, boat rides, scuba diving, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping!

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Cottage #174 is one of our 3 cottages. This cozy STUDIO cottage (225 SF ) has a queen size bed/den area , fully equipped kitchen and Full Bath. AC, Wi-Fi , TV with ROKU included. Cottage has its own outside space overlooking the lake with table and chairs making it the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views. Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
