Monthly Rentals in Mount Madonna

Sylvia's place was very accurate to as it was described. Place was extremely clean from the floors to the countertops. Plenty of fridge space if you need to do some grocery shopping for beginning or end of the day meals. Water pressure and temp were a great plus. We appreciated the fact that we were able to utilize the keyless entry as well as not having to look for street parking as we were invited to use their driveway for the length of our stay.

Lovely view! My friends and I were doing some Monterey and Santa Cruz activities over a long weekend, and this was a great halfway point. Comfy, spacious enough for our group of 5 plus my dog. Would book again!

Denise's place is a spacious cottage in a creekside, vineyard setting. The location on the more rural section of Watsonville Road is very convenient to all the wineries around Morgan Hill & Gilroy. The location is also an easy location to drive over beautiful Mt Madonna to the Santa Cruz area (about an hour), or an easy drive up the 101, Monterey Rd or Santa Teresa Blvd to the San Jose area (about 30 mins in light traffic). Denise is a responsive, friendly host who has done a good job of remodeling the cottage. Although the cottage includes amenities such as a fireplace, laundry facilities, and parking right outside the front door, the real selling point here is the very nice deck at the back of the cottage that looks out to the trees, the hillside, and Uvas Creek - which was flowing quite nicely while we were there.
