The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Little Manahan Two is a SECOND-FLOOR, two-queen bedroom, one bath apartment with a private entrance on a quiet street. Designated workspace, a five-minute walk to hospital, churches, shops, restaurants and YMCA, two-car off-street parking spaces with room to keep bicycles and EV charging. Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb.

Bar Harbor Suite Under The Eaves

Our 1847 farmhouse is centrally located on Mt.Desert Island. A private entrance leads to an upstairs, sunlit, suite with a queen bedroom, living room with futon, private bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.

Room with a Brew

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

A private half mile walk down the driveway will end at brick sidewalks leading you to Lincolnville Beach, one of Maine's stretches of sandy shoreline.
