The apartment was private and cozy. The place was spectacularly clean, warm and very inviting. The homemade zucchini bread was also delicious!! Definitely recommend staying here.

if you are.looking for a charming weekend get away with woods, rivers and quaint towns, this is ur place. a cottage with a private bedroom and room for spares in the main, u can't go wrong. mimi and ric have it all ready for you! a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities, football, gas grill, darts and a big TV with roku plus an apple input so you can watch all ur shows while surrounded by nature. super cute friendly goats eat all ur veg scraps! and pretty easy beautiful hikes to the river. Great wifi, bed is comfortable plus a trundle in main room. they thought of everything! very safe and secure location i would 10/10 stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get away with easy access to restaurants, history, and all types of outdoorsy stuff. oxo

I’ve stayed at this place before the current owners had it. I would’ve rated it a three star back then it is definitely a five star now. Plus what they have done with the winery as well is leaps and bounds better than when I visited a few years ago. At any rate, if you want to have a great girls weekend and explore the Fairplay wineries, this is your place. It was quiet and beautiful and spacious. We all had a great time.

Tina was great. Animals were awesome as well. Great location, nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
