Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Moultonborough

We had a wonderful stay at Diane & Steve’s place. Everything was clean, comfortable, easy, and welcoming. Our kids had so much fun playing in the trees and near the stream, and us parents especially valued the privacy and quiet location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and more. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, and we’d definitely stay here again if f we come back this way to visit in the future!

We can't say enough good things about this house and the hosts! We came into town for our son's wedding from the west coast. We had to host the rehearsal dinner, so this house was the PERFECT setting for hosting a large crowd! This house is so well stocked; I don't think it would have been possible to host our rehearsal dinner in any other house. Scott and his wife were so accommodating. They even supplied us with extra tables and chairs for our event. We couldn't believe it. They were also so easy going and cheerful to deal with. The house is INCREDIBLE! We had to give everyone tours because it is downright unbelievable. It was such a fun place to stay for our large family. Thank you to Scott and his wife for being such wonderful hosts, making our stay in New Hampshire an enjoyable one.

Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

Cayla was a fantastic host! She was always very quick to answer any questions I had and was extremely accommodating and very friendly! Her house was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos. I would love to stay again! A stunning location and her welcome book had a lot of helpful information about the local area. Great house with beautiful lake view and comfortable set up. Everything was clean and in good shape. Steve was responsive with communication and provided all the info we needed. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay, lots of room for 10 of us. Pool table, foosball, outdoor deck area inviting. Screened gazebo added to the enjoyment. We were close to restaurants, hikes not too far away and several lake adventures. My family (girls) are blanket people and love to wrap up to watch movies,etc. Could have used a few more. Footballs provided and the guys made use of them. All in all a great experience.

Susan’s place was such a perfect spot to spend a night while attending a wedding at the barn at Pemi! It couldn’t have been easier to get to and from. The house itself was SO COOL! We’re a group of farmers/arborists and loved the Grange’s history and Susan’s intention of keeping the original parts of the home. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was only an overnight trip and we wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly hosts, lots of room, nice character within the Airbnb- the main bedroom was beautiful and both bedrooms had great views of the farm on one side and the mountains on the other. They called down the cows so we could feed them bread and it was such a fun experience! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

We slept like babies for two nights. The room was very dark and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was awesome and it was spacious and comfortable. We were hoping for the beautiful views but Mother Nature had other plans - rain and fog. Their property is stunning. Sue and Arthur were great hosts. We’ll be back.

I’ve been to North Conway many times and this one was one of my favorites. The location is perfect and the space is wonderful. You’re at the center of everything and it’s a great location for families. I will definitely use this location again the next time I come to North Conway.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.
