Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

We are in the private community of Balmoral. There is a private sandy beach 1 mile away for you to enjoy. Beach pass will be waiting for you at the property. There is a playground for the kids, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts. You can launch your boat from the ramp at the bottom of the street. For those with an electric vehicle, we have a 50 amp, level 2 charging station. A smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Outside amenities include the new fire-pit.
