Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. This house called the "Bourg Joli", is located in Mouliherne (49), and was acquired by my grandparents at the time of our birth, my twin sister and I. Part of the building dating from the 18th century, coexists with more recent extensions, all of which have been gradually renovated. The property is composed of a main farmhouse and a secondary house, several workshops, a swimming pool, all on a plot of 3 ha.
