Spread over three levels this spectacular apartment epitomises what the Atlantic Seaboard lifestyle is all about: light, vibrant spaces flowing out onto open decks and balconies that maximise the panoramic views. The apartment can be accessed via a lift as well as stairs and is tastefully decorated and furnished providing great comfort and luxury. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the upper level and leads onto a large living space that opens out onto a balcony suitable for outdoor dining. Leading off the living room is the opulent master bedroom which has unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms situated on the middle level: all with unique views and 2 out of the 3 are ensuite. All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The whole lower level is dedicated to entertaining: a large lounge/pool room with kitchenette and bathroom flows out onto a fantastic deck with swimming pool, deck chairs, table, sun-loungers, umbrella, garden and gas barbeque. *** please note that due to the drought in Cape Town the swimming pool may not be usable depending on water level. We cannot run the motors for filtering The entire multilevel apartment is very secure as it is equipped with an alarm system and 24 hour private security company which monitors the property regularly. There is also double secure off-street parking and a full time dedicated cleaner (on weekdays, weekends on request) to assist with all your needs. Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - please feel free to ask your host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area, 2 minutes away. This incredibly central location in Green Point on the Atlantic Seaboard is close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Cape Quarter Centre, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park, and much more. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCiti Bus service 8 minutes from the apartment (St. Bedes Road Bus Stop). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should you wish to rent a vehicle, there is a double garage and also on-street parking around the building in Springbok Road. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours with regards to noise levels Usage of the lift is not permitted between 22h00 and 06h00

Panoramic Ocean Views from Solar-powered Apartment

A magnificent sunny view of Table Bay from this charming 'Pied d'terre'. A beautiful deck extends almost the entire length of this unique apartment that is furnished tastefully with original works by local artists, ceramics and spectacular photos. The name "Fair Cape Apartment" is inspired by a phrase that British explorer Sir Francis Drake used when he sailed around the Cape in 1578. He described it as "the fairest Cape in the whole circumference of the earth". When you look out across the bay from the apartment, you will understand how Drake felt. The apartment takes up the entire lower level of my home in Upper Green Point and has its own separate entrance. Accommodation includes a luxurious bedroom, a full bathroom (with bath tub and separate shower) and a comfortable living room with a small, fully equipped kitchenette. Both the sea-facing bedroom and the living room flow out onto a sunny deck that extends along the entire length of the apartment. The apartment reflects my personality and eclectic taste - I hope you'll like the original art I've chosen, to showcase the works of some of our finest local artists. You’ll also see some of my own ceramic creations and photographs. Every convenience has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home. So we provide a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The entire apartment and its outside balcony are for your exclusive use. I respect the privacy of my guests. Since I live in the apartment above, I am available at any time should any issues arise. As for interaction with guests, this varies according to individuals. Some guests like to be left alone, with just an occasional friendly greeting whenever we meet in passing. Others enjoy a more personal interaction with me and my partner, Thomas. Guests often join us on the upper deck for drinks or dinners in the summer months. The apartment is in the heart of Green Point, one of the best-located neighborhoods in Cape Town. Stroll to the city centre, the beach, a golf course, and many high-end restaurants. The Cape Town Stadium and the V&A Waterfront are also just a walk away. So much is within walking distance and it's safe to walk around this area at any time of the day or night. We have an excellent, cheap and efficient bus service called "MyCity" and there's a bus stop just down the steps from the apartment. Otherwise Uber cabs are very inexpensive and easily available. A weekly cleaning service, which includes a change of bedding and towels, is offered for a minimum 7-night stay.

Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events.
