Airy, Open-Plan Living at a Contemporary Beach Road Condo

The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure apartment complex on Beach Road in Mouille Point. It has two en-suite bedrooms (2 bathrooms), a large living room, separate study and a fully equipped kitchen - all of which have been recently fully renovated. The study and living areas offer panoramic views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Cape Town Stadium. Free DSTV and wifi are included. Guests have access to the whole apartment, along with a secure parking bay within the apartment complex. I will meet guests on arrival to welcome them to the apartment and show them around. I am available if needed throughout the stay. The apartment is located on the beach road promenade, within walking distance of the waterfront and close to the city centre. It is a trendy area, with plenty of restaurants, upmarket nightlife, and boutique shopping within walking distance. The apartment is extremely well located to explore Cape Town and its surrounds. There is a MyCity bus stop 50m from the apartment, giving you access to other parts of the coast and the wider public transport networks in the city. The apartment is located on the Beach road promenade, and is walking distance to many of Cape Town's highlights (4km from the city centre). There are also bicycle paths that connect the apartment to the city centre and suburbs. For those who want to travel further afield, there is secure parking in the apartment complex with easy and convenient road links to other parts of the city and beyond. Cape Town International Airport is 24km away and accessible by public transport. We live close by, and are happy to offer help and advice where needed. We are available by phone, sms or email.

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if you're lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the Cape Town stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

Apartment - Doorstep to the promenade

A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.

The apartment is situated in a prime location, super central & has the ocean & Greenpoint park on its doorstep. Within walking distance to amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, laundromat & V&A Waterfront (15 min walk). It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. In a well kept apartment block with 24 hour on premise security. Spacious, sunny, clean, comfortable & has amazing views!

Walk, jog, cycle along the promenade or relax and enjoy the sea air. There are many activities and amenities in close proximity to the apartment viz. Hiring of bikes, kayaking in the sea, putt putt, walks on the beachfront promenade, beautiful urban park, ice cream parlor, many good restaurants.

Newly renovated studio with wonderful sea views. The apartment is ideal for one or two people on holiday or for business. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment has WiFi as well as a smart TV with Netflix. The complex is situated in Sea Point, just a 2 minute walk from the promenade and a 5 minutes drive to the Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Secure parking is available. 24 hours security/doorman are present. There is also an inverter for load shedding.
