Cap Ferat is a beautiful location and really hasn’t changed from a few years ago. The location of the apartment was so close to the bars and restaurants overlooking the marina. Just a minute and you are literally on the front.

Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! We had a wonderful few days in this lovely apartment. It was pristinely clean and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect hostess who offered us great advice about local attractions. We walked into Nice every day, because the stroll along the Promenade des Anglais was so scenic, but the tram, which is even closer to access, took minutes and took you straight into the heart of the Old town. I would highly recommend Delphine’s apartment.

Das geräumige Haus von Claude & Philippe ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand; der Garten lädt ein zum Träumen. Die Ausstattung ist vorzüglich. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in das Umland oder die Städte am Strand. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Haus von Beatrice und unsere Erwartungen sind mehr als erfüllt worden. Das Haus ist geräumig mit einer wunderschönen offenen Wohnküche, wo man vom Balkon eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Küste und das Hinterland genießen kann. Vor dem Haus auf der Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Parkplatz, wem es zu eng ist, 200m weiter gibt es eine vollautomatische Tiefgarage wo man auf Wunsch zu moderaten Kosten das Auto abstellen kann. Die unmittelbare Gegend ist wunderschön, mit vielen alten historischen Wegen und tollen Restaurants. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich unten in der Stadt, diese und auch der Strand lassen sich bequem mit einem Shuttle (Haltestelle um die Ecke) erreichen. Hier vielleicht auch der einzige negative Punkt, die Fahrt zum Strand kann mit Umsteigen gut 30 min dauern. Beatrice ist als Gastgeberin besonders hervorzuheben. Unglaublich sympathisch und jederzeit bemüht den Aufenthalt für die Gäste möglich angenehm zu gestalten.

What a charming and special apartment! Right in the heart of the village, surrounded by historic buildings, galleries, restaurants, and of course the famous town fountain. Loved looking out my suite windows with view of lower village, beautiful countryside and glimpse of the sea. Perfect location. The fountain square busy by day with other travelers, quiet and serene at night. Exited my building and could walk all over village. Suite was very comfortable and well appointed, decorated with Florence’s artistic flair. Florence and her husband were wonderful and gracious hosts, who attended to my every need. Friendly, helpful, informative, kind. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice for the stay in St. Paul de Vance. I hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

pour le festival international du jeu, deux nuits très confortables chez Guillaume. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de produits d'hygiène, papier toilettes, essuie tout, deux serviettes chacun, café, sel poivre huile... L'hôte met à disposition le nécessaire pour se sentir bien accueilli.

Logement très bien situé à la pointe de la Croisette, dans quartier paisible calme. Avec 2 supérettes, 1 boulangerie juste à côté . La Croisette est à 5min à pied. Le jardin avec l’emplacement pour la voiture est un gros plus dans cette ville où les places de parking sont chères! Logement propre avec tt le confort. Vraiment rien à redire , on y reviendra !

House spans over 3 levels, has plenty of room and is close to restaurants. We as a team really enjoyed our stay and the privacy of the different rooms in the house!

Petite maison de village rénovée avec gout. Marina a été arrangeante. Des petites attentions appréciées. Ravie de ce séjour. Je reviens dans un mois.

We stayed with 3 young children (aged 1-6) for 6 nights and it was perfect. Very close to sandy beaches, a 15 min walk in to central Cannes. the house had everything we needed, including an outside space with a swing for the kids. Easy to get to from Nice airport and well served by buses, Uber, etc. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment and great location close to the beach and harbour area. Spacious for our group of five adults. Jacuzzi, direct view to the sea and roof terrace are pure luxury. Special thanks to the extremely well equipped kitchen! Would definitely love to come back. Thank you for having us Tamsin :)

The house was exactly as described and pictured on Airbnb. We were personally greeted and shown around. We had an amazing time. Very pleased this was our choice for lodging while in Antibes.

le logement de Gorette est impeccable. les literies sont de grande qualité. Gorette a pris soin de nous laisser de quoi faire un petit déjeuner et surtout prendre un bon café, ce que j'apprécie. La maison est spacieuse, la salle de vie très grande, l'accès aisé proche du centre ville. belle expérience.

Beautiful location and great townhouse to stay at. Lots of amenities within walkable distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Just bear in mind that street noises (primarily cars driving by) can be heard, if that is something that bothers you. Not loud enough to wake us up once we fell asleep, but loud enough to be clearly heard throughout the house as it is right on the street.

The location is incredible! It’s right in the center of everything but quiet. It was charming and picturesque but had clean modern furniture. We loved all the details! Great lighting, great art, great rugs and decor. And the hist was so helpful and kind. Made us feel like we were old friends. We walked everywhere and had the best time. Coming back soon!!!

Fernando's place was great! We stayed for a month while working remotely and loved the space. The house was well-equipped, very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy to work from. The location was wonderful; on a quiet street, only a short walk to the square and main street with plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of small grocery stores. The train and bus stations were about a 5 minute walk, making it convenient to travel to and from. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay again next time!

A lovely villa with a 3rd bedroom and toilet/shower in the annex connected to the villa which works great when travelling as 2 couples. We spent most of our time outside in the garden well set up with a dining table, canopy and long chairs etc. The view over the hills, golf course and ocean is beautiful and private. We felt like home and are already missing it! The location of the villa being in a gated community made us feel secure and safe. The pool although shared by all other villas was spotless and rarely used by other guests to the point that it felt private to us. Simply loved our 3 week stay! Thanks to Gustav and Tina for your prompt support in answering our questions. 5 star hosts!

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Die unschlagbar beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Perfekte Gastgeberin, perfekte Ausstattung, perfekte Lage, perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Séjour très agréable. J’ai trouvé le logement de Godefroy suite à une mauvaise expérience au sein d’une autre maison. La sienne a été disponible immédiatement et hyper clean. Françoise, la femme de ménage est charmante et au petit soin. Godefroy a été réactif à mes questions à notre arrivée. Nous avons été charmé par ce logement par sa propreté et son originalité. De plus son emplacement est très sympa, la mer est vraiment juste à côté ainsi que les restau / cafés ce qui est super agréable avec les enfants, on n’a pas besoin d’aller trop loin . Je recommande sans aucun doute !

Posizione strategica e la possibilità di parcheggio molto utile. Host disponibili, presenti e attenti. La casa gode di due aree esterne e più stanze. La sistemazione creata è molto funzionale e permette privacy quindi magnifico sia per famiglia che per amici. A tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia in strada privata quindi no caos e traffico. Consiglio.

Maison tres confortable. Tout est moderne, neuf et tres bien pensé. Literie et draps tres agréable. Le spa et la piscine sont un véritable atout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Authentic stunning village house in a quiet part of the village. We were so impressed with the house and it exceeded our expectation The location is brilliant. It is set in a quiet street towards the top of the village with parking nearby. A few minutes to a lovely patisserie and little shop. Bars and restaurants close by. Check in communication were very efficient. Local wines as a welcome pack were thoughtful. All bedrooms stylishly furnished with comfortable high quality beds furniture and linens.Bathrooms large and fluffy towels. Everything was very clean. The house appears newly renovated and is in a very authentic Provence style. The terrace was a great feature. We loved the village and already have a booking with Elizabeth next year. Thoroughly recommend.

Loved staying here, everything was perfect! Will be back again and will recommend to family and friends.
