With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. On the historic island of Kvarnön, in the middle of Göta Canal and Motala Ström, you will find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem. The guest apartment is spacious and bright with two bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a workspace. A couple of minutes' walk from the harbor, train station and city center in one direction and the cultural area Gamla Motala workshop with the event room Lokverkstan in the other direction.
