Ylmar, the co-host, welcomed us with availability and attention. With an excellent location, the apartment is close to the beach, the surroundings are quiet and safe. The apartment is great, comfortable and accommodated our group of 4 adults with ease. We highly recommend it!

My experience at the flat was extremely fun! The atmosphere was welcoming, the company was excellent, and each moment was marked by laughter, lightness and good memories. Definitely a place where I felt at ease and made the most of every moment.

I've never been so well received at an Airbnb. The host is very helpful and charismatic, being hospitable as if we were already acquainted, going far beyond a merely protocolary treatment. He was concerned about our well-being at all times and opportunely asked by message if we needed anything. Mil note! I recommend it to everyone.

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

The apartment is very cozy, smells nice and is tidy. Maysa responds quickly to messages and is very responsive. We fell in love with the view.

Very convenient accommodation for a arrival at the airport because it can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and even at night (we arrived around 3am) because there is a caretaker. Accommodation quite functional but very simple and sufficient to spend a night..the pool is a more pleasant one. A little customization and extra equipment would be appreciated to make it warmer but it was very good for the use we had because we only spent 2 nights there

Compact space, but very efficient for its purpose. All listing images matched the reality of the place. Clean, well-maintained environment, with all the useful items for a good stay, whether sleeping or cooking. No trouble with apartment neighbors. The neighborhood is busy, safe, even at night on a Sunday, which allows you to arrive at later hours for those who like to enjoy the night, in addition to being very central, making it easy to get around to any part of the city. No problem or difficulty accessing by app cars. All questions were answered by the host in a timely manner. Excellent cost-benefit. I would stay again.

The apartment is very good and well located. I was just over 20 reais by Uber from several tourist spots in the city and also from UFS, in São Cristóvão. The host met my needs quickly, was very attentive and helpful. Everything was as advertised, including a very powerful floor fan that saved me from the heat. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I recommend it and when I need it, I intend to return.

The house conforms to the listing, cozy all clean towels and linens. The house was very clean too, but the kitchen roof is peeling and falls over the whole kitchen and whatever has eating the table or cooking. But we took the good days, always capping things. What I did not pay attention to was the check-out which was at 9 am, I have used the platform since 2017 and I have never seen a ckeck-out so early, I was with an elderly woman of 76 years and a child of 3 years and was very pulled, I had to wake up early to give coffee and leave the house organized. The host even offered me to stay until later paying half a day, but it didn't make up for it, it was better with the value of the daily sock to go to a restaurant for lunch. But in the end it all worked out. we left at the agreed time of the listing. Marcos and Andreia that received us were very helpful.

Everything was wonderful, the house is very cozy, the host is super attentive and helpful. I'll come back whenever I can. Thank you Igor for all your support.

The apartment is not so close to the waterfront, but everything in Aracaju is easy and quick to get to. The apartment is very large. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, while the others have fans. Very well-equipped apartment kitchen (sandwich maker, pots, including couscous maker, refrigerator, etc. - it just doesn't have an air fryer). Clean bathroom. Electric shower in the suite. Room with television, sofa, dining table. Sérgio let us arrive before check-in and we agreed on a price so we could leave after checkout. Sérgio handed over the keys to the apartment and the entrance, and gave a lot of support. I walked to my exam location. Quiet neighborhood. Convenience store with great value on the corner of the street. Pharmacy nearby and accessible. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

We travel for work and will be back. The ap has a great location, super safe and quiet, pool available. Tips for those who are by far away and by car: 1- Market, butchery and restaurant, I recommend the Rotatorio's Hipercarnes, it is before arriving on the bridge. 2 - Turismo: No Ap has a wall with tourist spot cards. - Diredo AL for the Road that passes in front of the condominium you arrive at the plant with the Wind Turbines. - Centro: you can enjoy the Beaches: dos Artistas, Atalaia and Aruana. - Diredo BA you arrive at Orla do Por do Sol, hire a catamaran or a speedboat and go to the Croa do Gore, highly recommend this tour! - Continuing towards BA, there is the tambaqui lagoon and later arrives at Saco beach, well bordered by BA, there has calm waters and the Church of the photo in Ap. I recommend that you hire a manhole and take the tour in the dunes, very good. - the canyons of the xingo, inner direction. **Sergipe Surprised me, beautiful location and low prices **
