We love the house, large rooms, spacious living and kitchen,a great outdoor area,and Davi very attentive,helpful and did not order us at any time,I recommend the house to those who want to feel at their home

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Great stay, we feel at home. Plenty of green space, very well cared for, with all the attention to detail and the children loved it. Roque is a top-notch host, kind and always concerned with knowing if everything was okay, if we needed anything. The crafts in the house give a calm and tranquil atmosphere and a very nice charm to the house and the outdoor area. We really enjoyed staying at Roque's house and we will definitely come back more often.

The house is very beautiful. The showers have great showers, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, we all sleep very well. The host Ricardo is very friendly and would always respond to us immediately. We all love the stay, we feel at home. It has a market right in front of the condo. The name says it all: “sossego Caueira”. Perfect place to relax with family. I recommend it!

The house is according to the images, Dona Marilene was very attentive and receptive, gave all the necessary instructions so that we could enjoy the accommodations and welcomed us very well.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

Sr Barriga, the homemaker, a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The extremely clean house, all items in perfect condition, containing all the items. Comfortable rooms, we were able to rest a lot. Clean pool, all organized outdoor area. Anyway, the house has everything from lava and dry, to ironing. You have accommodated our family very well! With rainy weather, this time we weren't able to explore many things, but we had fun the same way and we're already planning our next family trip again. Gratitude Robson and Sr Barriga!

I am very grateful for the accommodation, wonderful apartment, an incredible, large and very spacious place, everything very clean. Thank you for the reception, Patricia, you were sensational!

The reception by the host was wonderful, the housekeeper is not even spoken, a sympathy in person. i had to anticipate the checkout and it was very peaceful, the host agreed with no problem. the house, though not new, was very clean and accommodates very well 15 people, to get better, I would just need to change some beds. great value.

The house conforms to the listing, cozy all clean towels and linens. The house was very clean too, but the kitchen roof is peeling and falls over the whole kitchen and whatever has eating the table or cooking. But we took the good days, always capping things. What I did not pay attention to was the check-out which was at 9 am, I have used the platform since 2017 and I have never seen a ckeck-out so early, I was with an elderly woman of 76 years and a child of 3 years and was very pulled, I had to wake up early to give coffee and leave the house organized. The host even offered me to stay until later paying half a day, but it didn't make up for it, it was better with the value of the daily sock to go to a restaurant for lunch. But in the end it all worked out. we left at the agreed time of the listing. Marcos and Andreia that received us were very helpful.

The stay was excellent, the house was clean and comfortable. Everything in excellent condition, pool area and cozy kiosk. Receptivity through the owner and always willing to answer questions about the house.

The house is amazing, both the indoor and outdoor accommodations. It is far away, but there are many shops nearby that can supply any need. Very cozy, various utensils available, fans and duvets. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the water, which really isn't pleasant. In addition, Joana is extremely helpful, proactive and attentive. The stay was incredible!

Luiz was super solicitous for all doubts. Check-in was simple. The house was well located, close to the river, a restaurant, a grocery store. In addition, the house is beautiful and everything was well organized. I recommend :)

The site is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, ease of check-in, wonderful condominium, near the market and gas station. My stay was amazing, all very clean, instructions well given, very attentive host. The house has a beautiful garden, a good leisure area, it is not so close to the edge of Atalaia, but it is very quiet to get there (10 min by car), it is close to other walks such as the croa of the goré. I have no observations to make, just indicate that if you want to have a different hotel/hostel experience, it is very worth staying (especially if you have a child), it is really to reset the mind and rest. I loved spending this moment with family, everyone loved it.

Kamila and Hercílio are exceptional hosts. The kind of people who make sure they're good people! They are extremely generous and have left pampering for us and our dogs. The house is a delight and is super well cared for and clean. The location is also perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and relax. We definitely want to go back.
