Monthly Rentals in Mosman Park

Paul and Jane were welcoming and friendly hosts, happy to chat and share travel experiences over a glass of wine. The accommodation was perfect for our first weeks as we recovered from jet lag and climatised from below 10C at home to plus 30C in WA.

From the moment I located the property I knew I’d found a Perth gem. The home is exquisite, charming with its original soul evident in its exterior, interior and ambience. I needed a 2 night stay in Perth for a couple of appointments and was travelling alone. Anna’s property was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and I had everything I needed for my short stay. I felt safe and secure and slept well on the very comfortable bed. I had the pleasure of meeting Anna on a couple of occasions who suggested some local cafes and walks which was extremely useful and kind to suggest. I hope to return on my next weekend away in Perth. I highly recommend this beautiful property and its location.

We loved our stay at Kim’s place! It had all the listed amenities and was very clean. It’s within walking distance to the beach and public transport too.

We loved our stay at Frangipani Villa. We stayed there with our two young boys and it was perfect. Amber made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Look forward to returning in the future!
