Holiday rentals with a patio in Moschato

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

From A to Z, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is superbly located, bright, very nicely furnished & you have a wonderful view of the Acropolis. There are numerous restaurants and cafes all around :) Communication with Konstantinos was very pleasant & we always received a prompt response. Back in Athens, I would book the same accommodation.

Better than the photos ! Incredible decor , comfy beds , impeccably clean , extremely kind hosts ,water in the fridge and breakfast goodies , close to port and metro ... spectacular !!! Hugely recommendable !!!

The apartment is well-located near services and restaurants. It is very well-kept and clean. There is a washing machine but no dryer, but there is a wonderful laundry service around the corner. Teo is very responsive and a wonderful host. Apartment is very secure and the area is very nice.

Melina's place was an oasis of modernity in a well-established but quiet neighbourhood that was walkable to the major sites that we wanted to visit. The subway station was just across the street and very convenient if we needed to go further afield. We had a car and street parking in the neighbourhood was easy and convenient. We booked our stay very last minute on the day of check-in and Melina was always very responsive to endless questions. We would definitely choose this property again when we come back to Athens for a longer stay. Thank you Melina!

We got confused locating the lock box: it was in the picture, but the description said 'on the side of the building'. Cannot really blame the host. Anyway, the call was answered and the issue resolved. The apartment is small, - as described, - clean and well supplied. The location is great for the area. The restaurant 'Eden' across the street has a great sea view and the food is good. It will probably cost more in the summer

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who provided services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Perhaps the best stay through the Airbnb platform, the accommodation was amazingly beautiful, modern and spotless, it lacked nothing and the hosts were direct, friendly and incredibly kind. I would like to visit the accommodation again as soon as possible. Thankyou for everything ❤️

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Great place to stay out of the busyness of Athen Acropolis but so easy to get there using the metro. Nice to have extra space outside which was helpful to dry washing.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

The accommodation is recommended for your trip to Greece. It's very clean, comfortable for a couple, and very quiet. It's worth noting that it's a bit far from the center of Athens but very close to the port. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for 3 nights and I absolutely loved the studio. It was super clean, everything was there (coffee, water, biscuits, .....), exactly as described in the listing. It was my first time in this neighbourhood, which was also a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place. And thanks for having me.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!
