Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Studio apartment above the sea

Our studio apartment is situated in Mošćenice, a medieval town built on a hill overlooking Mošćenička Draga. This picturesque old town, with its narrow streets, passages and vaults, is included on the list of Croatian cultural heritage sites. It is situated 33 km from Rijeka-the biggest port in Croatia, and 75 km from Pula-economic and cultural center of Istria. For those who wish to visit the islands of Cres and Losinj, there's a ferry that leaves regularly located 14 kilometers from Mošćenice.

Villa Maria in Labin

This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

Rabac Bombon apartment

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Apartment Villa Katrina

New apartment "Katrina" (4+2 people) is located in Mošćenička Draga, at the entrance of the Monte Maggiore Natural Park. Surrounded by greenery, with sea views, in the quietest area of the country, from where you can start directly for beautiful hiking or mountain biking, along the trails, also suitable for children, from where you can admire both the hills and the sea. In 3 minutes (by car) you reach one of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic Sea.

Apartment Tina 3*

Our apartment is conveniently located 1.5 km from the beach of Mošćenička Draga, a picturesque fishing village and close to many hiking trails. When entering Mošćenička Draga, after the Al Ponte restaurant and before the roundabout, turn right. About 500 m, near the chapel, turn left. In about 200 m, do not take the St. Anton, Sučići exit, but continue straight ahead. Our house is located after two tight turns. Google Maps loc: 66XW+42

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
