Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

My place is near Belvedere Ostrense Historic Center, it is only 17 km from the beaches of Senigallia, 18 km from the airport and 30 km from Ancona Nearby there are several tourist resorts (Senigallia with the sandy beach, Numana and Sirolo with cliffs and gravel, Loreto with its Balisilica, the caves of Frasassi and many typical medieval villages perched on the hills where wine and oil are produced.
