Great place for what we needed. Private and quiet with close proximity to brainard. The only thing that would have been better is wifi to use the tvs. We used our hotspots and it worked fine otherwise. Tha ks!

What a gorgeous place! The picture window living room, sitting area, and deck all made sunsets on the Mississippi so enjoyable. Location was easy and right outside of town. Stairs were a little steep and carpeted, so be careful for kids or older individuals. Otherwise great value for anyone staying in Little Falls.

This place was perfect for our family. From the floor plan to the room privacy, to the ability to have our dogs with us. They really thought of everything for their guests. There's extra seasonings, smore goodies(the sticks2), coffee machine plus a Keurig with pod, extra TP, and ceiling fans! The appliances look brand new, all easy to work. I thought the decor was perfect as well, such lovely little touches. We loved the rustic but sturdy table. The beds were comfy, there's extra pillows and clean bed linen. We slept great. It really was a home away from home. The only minor cons were: the traffic on the scenic road was busy, busy. But they don't have control of that. And the water pressure was lower in the shower. We made it work. We still got clean. Honestly with all the pros on this place, the cons are nothing. We absolutely appreciated and enjoyed ourselves in this home. The sunrise from the deck was beautiful! A great memory to have with my daughter.

A return trip to Millie's place - that's our stamp of approval! Cute, comfortable, affordable. Easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. We'd come back again.
