This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. In the heart of our property La part des Anges, we offer an independent studio with parking. A large warm room with modular beds that allow a one-bed or two single bed configuration. A separate kitchenette as well as toilet and bathroom. Linens and towels provided. Wifi and connected TV. Quietly, the studio enjoys beautiful country views. The pool is accessible from 6pm to 8pm.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village.
